Juicerless Juicing with Pineapple, Apple and Coconut for Peanut Butter Cravings

It's true-- peanut butter sets up some pretty amazing cravings for some people. I remember reading that Jim Carey (the raw foodist, not the comic actor)once 'cupped' his ears on an airplane and came up with a (fairly disgusting) residue of peanut butter left over from the days when he was a peanut butter consumer as a child on a farm where peanuts were an actual food crop!

There wouldn't be a Reese's Pieces following if there weren't massive peanut butter cravings going on "out there", right?

Anyhow, if you don't have a juicer but do have a good blender, go ahead and blend up your pineapple and strain in a fine colander or through mesh cloth (like cheese cloth) and drink the juice. The pulp can be dried and ground into a kind of flour to use for raw cookies, etc. or you can compost it.
To your living health!
