Day #3 of 3 on the Energy Boost Mini-Cleanse at Raw Food Rehab

This Mini-Cleanse is a hoot! I don't know if I've lost any weight but I have made a clutch of new "friends" on Facebook-- people I've chatted with more over the last day than I've chatted with my older son in the last month. And I am feeling pretty great! More energy. No brain fog. No pain in my mysteriously pained left foot.

Up at 4:45 a.m. this morning (to sleep around 10 pm last night) which is still a little too early. However, I did have an opportunity to do a devotional and read a chapter in my Square Food Gardening Book before Ed got up.  Ate, bathed, read, bounced on the rebounder, and ate again.  Kind of a charmed life I see.  But I am gearing up to do some ministry, so watch out.  I will talk more about that in a future post.
